Communication was super uncomplicated. The manager on duty went a step forward to find us best solution to a particular problem and took personal interest in assuring that we were well served. + complementary early checking & extra bed in room + spacious rooms + wide range of choices for breakfast + arranged transfers (we had a special situation here that was very well handled) + great location (community center nearby with shops, ATMs, eateries and easy access to public transport) Staying again next week before flying out of India

The castle is awesome and one of the most romantic places Ive ever experienced. The hotel is inside the castle and has a wonderful spa, two delicious restsurants, outstanding breakfast and a beautiful swimming pool. The service of the staff is exceptional. To be honest- I didnt want to leave this place anymore :D Eating in the restaurant with the view from the mountain or getting lost in all the little aisles within the castle - it feels like living in a different world. There is even a theatre inside with regular dance performances...
